Danish travel advisory will not affect Bali tourism industry

Indonesian Tourism Community secretary general Zacky Siradz has claimed that Denmark’s recent travel advisory against Indonesia will not significantly affect Indonesia’s tourism industry. Speaking on Wednesday, the day after Denmark told its citizens to either cancel trips to Indonesia, or leave Indonesia, Siradz said that even though every country has a right to issue warnings, travelers themselves will decide if they come or not.

Here in Bali between 650-700 Danish citizens visit per month. Right now Bali needs every tourist it can get, but hopefully travelers will realize Bali is a safe place to come and one that will welcome tourists / travelers right now.
