Bali Nine death sentences could be swift

One never knows who to believe in Bali as there is so much smack talked about people. In regard to the Bali Nine that is probably amplified several times.

Two of the the Bali Nine, Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran were sentenced to death by the Denpasar District Court this week. They plan to appeal, but one has to think there is little hope, considering Indonesia’s strict view on drug trafficking. If the executions go through, they are likely to be carried out at a remote location during the night. The New Zealand Herald details how executions are carried out here in Indonesia. According the website, a team of 10 men from a special Mobile Brigade will use rifles, only 2 of the rifles using live ammo. Families and lawyers for the condemned will not be allowed to attend.
