When I say surfing in Bali I mean other people, not me. I'm from Britain and swim like a monkey. This is the time of year for decent surf and judging by what people have been saying it has been a bit mixed recently.
One of the guys at Internet Outpost told me he had surfed 3 days in a row on Kuta Beach and had a good time. Another guy from the US said he didn’t think it was that good recently due to the wind.
Baliwaves gives us a pretty good idea of what is going on, they say there has been swell, but its been messy due to the wind, most likely. Another site that provides good info is WannaSurf, which details the Bali breaks quite well. With the exchange rate the way it is right now you can't lose. The sun is shining and if the surf is flat there are plenty of pretty girls to keep you surfers occupied.
