Surf Report 08/20/2003

The swell today showed some signs its on the increase but the blustery conditions made things a little uncomfortable on the beach .

Uluwatu was showing a new swell today with but it seems we will have to wait a few days for any improvement in quality as the wind and waves are still a bit all over the place.
The Beach breaks had a very strong contingent of Italian surfers enjoying the warm but bumpy conditions , wave height was about 3 feet .
Thats it for me today this is Paul Callahan reporting for P.C surfboards in Bali .

P.S HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRLS IN BALI KOMANG i hope you have a good night at KU-DA-TA tonight not too much laughing.

Paul, solid site! Love to check the conditions from afar. I am scheduled to arrive out in Bali in early September. Wondering where some nice places are to stay out on the Bukit near the Ritz and the like. Any other cool places with a similar set up to Uluwatu Resort? I will have my lady with me so I get to stay in better accomodations then the normal surf trip allows. Excited to check Bali for the first time!
