Palu surf report in Kuta Bali

Bali is a mecca for surfing and as surfboard manufacturer explained to me, we have 3 coasts to choose from, the west coast, the south coast and the east coast.

At any time waves could be breaking on one of these and it means Bali is unique. Compare Bali to Lombok. Lombok has great waves at Desert Point, when its working. When its not you might have to travel to Ekas in E. Lombok, meaning 4-5 hours. Here in Bali you’ve got all the great western Bukit breaks like Uluwatu, Bingin and Balangan, on the south side you’ve got Greenball and out East you’ve got Nusa Dua, Sanur Reef, Sri Lanka etc. all within a 20 minutes drive.

Palu explained that right now we are getting dry season conditions as far as wind direction and the western breaks are all working. Here’s more on the Bali Surf Report.
