Lawyers for Schapelle Corby, the Australian beauty therapist from QLD, who is serving a 20 year sentence for importing 4.1kg of marijuana into Bali, will present a Judicial Appeal to the Denpasar District Court, on Friday, August 18th.
It is not known whether Schapelle will appear, but her lawyer, will present an expert legal witness, who will challenge some of the preceeding decisions.
I will be very interested to see if this is a smokecreen for a ‘Solution’, but hope Schapelle can figure something out. Here’s more from News.com.au.
