The pleasant thing about the restaurants in Bali Collection is they are all neat and tidy, most having outdoor seating in a relaxing environment. It also provides a safe alternative to the hotel restaurants, without having to leave the resort complex. The downside is you’ll pay more here than in Kuta / Seminyak and as locals and other tourists don’t come here to socialize, the place lacks atmosphere. You can expect polite service, but Indonesian dishes probably won’t compare with the stuff you can find at local places downtown, as far as choice, flavor, spiciness or originality (no chickens head in Nusa Dua).
