Post & Shipping in Bali


You have many options for post ad shipping in Bali. These include:

Post Offices, which are found in every city, town and village. Look for a small ‘Kantor Pos’ sign. Post offices follow the same hours. Mon-Thurs 8am-2pm, Fri 8am-noon, Sat 8am-1pm.

There are some places, Ubud for example, where Post Offices are open on Sunday 8am-noon.
Denpasar’s Central Post Office is open from 8am-8pm daily. It is located on Jl. Raya Puputan, Renon.

Other main post offices include:

Sanur
Jl. Danau Buyan

Kuta
between Jl. Raya Kuta and Jl. Tanjung Sari.

Ubud
Jl. Jembawan

Generally it will takes letters 2-3 weeks to arrive from overseas.

As well as the post office, a number of private companies are on hand to ship overseas.

Nick, completely off topic, do you know if Matahari in Kuta square have the jogger type prams? As I’m heading up to Bali next week with my 18 month son and would rather buy a pram there than take one from Perth

My name is albert..im a resident in bali for the past 5years..i will be receiving parcells from my friends in Singapore,Australia and Malaysia..every time i get my parcell,it will be opend before and repaced by the kantor post. my things are always missing and guess what happens when i complain..nothing happens..i feel sad and unappreciated as i am their coustomer..thank you
