Mango in season in Seminyak Bali

November is mango season in Bali and Bintang supermarket had tons of them. Most people are used to large green mangoes, that are slightly orange. Here in Bali they also have smaller ones that are completely orange.

Mangoes have a flat stone in the middle. The way to cut them, is to cut either side of the stone, then you can draw a grid with your knife, allowing the resipient to bend the piece and eat it.

Ana was positive about her mango experience.
