Indonesian police have arrested the highest level member of the terror group responsible for the 2002 Bali bombings. No its not Abu Bakar, he’s already been arrested and released, this guy’s name is Abu Dujana and his connections to terror go way back.
The high profile, but low-level operatives (Amrozi & Co.) have already been sentenced and are awaited the death penalty in Nusa Kambangan jail in Central Java. I doubt whether Amrozi could spell Jemaah Islamiyah, never mind be a leader. One of the key bomb makers, Dr. Ahahari was shot a killed a couple of years ago, but there are still some others who have managed to evade capture. This latest capture is evidence of the serious attitude the Indonesian government has towards catching terrorists. Here’s more from Sky News.
