La Monde: Pizza Restaurant, Seafood & Grill in Legian Bali

La Monde is a streetside place on Jl. Padma, that tries hard to please the tastes of the mixed bag of tourists, that Bali gets. Today I stepped in to sample their food. Lunch for me was a Beef ala Szechuan (stir fried tenderloin, in a szechuan spice sauce, with red peppers and steamed rice) for 29,000rp. It was good and I enjoyed the red chili pepper that came with it, Really put me where I wanted to be! La Monde isn’t a fancy place, more like a warung. There is an upstairs section at the back and while I was there, a couple of Aussie families dined downstairs. La Monde is open for breakfast, luck and dinner, with the following menu.
