June weather cool in Bali
Bali’s weather has taken part of a step into the dry season. Mornings and evenings are pleasantly cool, no need for AC now at all, even in the beach areas.
Ocean temperatures are cooler than a couple of months ago, which is a normal occurrence. This morning in Seminyak we had a nice little 30 minute shower, the skies clearing thereafter to leave blue skies and wispy clouds. The outlook for the next 10 days in Bali is a touch of wet weather followed by sunny days.

Just reminded me of my first trip to Bali-June 25, 1997. Can not believe it has been ten years. Oh my God, where has the time gone….Scary. Seems like only yesterday I was boarding the plane with advisory from the United States to beware and not make Indonesia your tourist destination due to rioting, etc. In fact, our plane departure was delayed one week due to the carrier not willing to land in Bali. Well, Well, well, got there and all was paradise. So much for warnings from government officials–and as they say, “the rest is history”. hmmm I can smell the fragrant aroma of fangimangi, jasmine, and gardinia flowers. Oh yeah, and the flower that blooms only at night. Forget the name. Bali High is calling me home.
