Jakarta to get monorail

Hooray! Jakarta is to get a monorail system, to help alleviate the horrendous traffic sistuation. People have told me on occasion, it took them 4 hours to get to work in Jakarta. That’s a long work day.

Manila and Bangkok, as well as Disneyland, all have an elevated light-rail system. Makes total sense to me and I would love to see one in Bali. Balinese tradition does not like things to be higher than temples, so there is a sticking point, but in 20 years time, when the population is 5 million and 100,000 expats, there will be nowhere to drive.
