Internet access in Seminyak / Legian Bali

Internet access seems to have been affected in the following way in Legian and Seminyak. Many of the better internet cafes (AC, decent hardware, good speed) are closed. Many of the second tier places are still open (small monitors, no USB ports, crowded little rooms with funky desks etc.)

You can get online, but downloading photos and other stuff will be harder than before. Prices tend to be 250rp per minute, with internet cafes opening around 9am till maybe 11pm or later.
