Last night my neighbor James, frm Sydbey came over. James is a chiropractor and I was telling him about my tweaked lower back from a year and a half ago. I laid face down on my bed and James did some tests, getting me to strain in various directions with my legs.
His analysis was the same as mine, things are a bit twisted up near my pelvis and need re-aligning. I’ll have to go for about 3 months. James said while its not urgent, if i didn’t get it taken care of, in maybe 15 years I could be looking at arthritis in that area.
No worries, it will give me a wonderful opportunity to review anothr business in Bali, hands on. James works in the Kuta Galleria.
