Garuda Indonesia has decided to extend its frequent flyer eligibility, to include residents of countries serviced by the airline’s international routes, including Australia.

This is a great news and proof, along with the continued use of Bali as a second hub (the other being Jakarta), plus the expanding service from Perth to Bali, that Garuda is taking the Australian market seriously.

As this eTravelBlackboard article explains, the program starts on Dec 1st, and can be accessed online, using the Garuda website.
