Prince Charles will unveil a new memorial to the victims of the 2002 Bali Bombings. HRH won’t be coming to the Island of the Gods, as the site is in Central London.
In 2002, 28 Britons died in the bombings and relatives would appreciate a memorial closer to home. The location of the memorial will be Clive Steps opposite St James’ Park.
The marble sculpture features 202 doves of peace.
