The brother of Scottish chef Gordon Ramsey is sweating in a Bali jail, after his arrest for heroin possession 5 months ago.
Like some Biblical tale of 2 brothers, the Ramsey story features one super-star of his time, celebrity chef Gordon, the man with the Midas touch. The other half of this dynamic duo is heroin addict Ronnie, who couldn’t stay clear of the brown sugar long enough to get a sun tan.
Locally there is little interest or news about Ronnie Ramsey. His lawyer, Eric Siregar seemingly eager to jump on the bandwagon in the hopes wealthy Gordon gets involved. We all know the deal out here. Ronnie will need a massive cash injection to get him out fast, other than that he’ll be a cash cow for the prison staff who allow meals to be brought in…for a price.
