I also have the first edition of that book, and consider it a treasure. Miguel was also a brilliant artist and many of his great images were posted in The New Yorker, and his book about Mexico was recently spotted here in San Francisco on sale, just 10 bucks.

I love this book, I have a 1st edition which was a gift and read it over and over again. It really is the definitive history of Bali.
