I have just flowen into Ngurah Rai recently and I thought the staff at the airport were a little solw and really could care less about having people wait in line for well over an hour.

It would be so much better if things were a little more organised and there were more officers to speed up the process. To allow for people to get through the airport in a half hour. It is possible and I think that the airport would have much better public opinion surveys about it if this were the case
