I’m not sure where you sourced your information, but you missed an entire airline: Australian Airlines. They fly in and out of Bali nearly every day of the week. Qantas don’t fly to Bali at all. Haven’t done for some time now.

Let’s pick the hairs off a knats ass. Okay Qantas doesn’t fly to Bali, but when a foreign tourist, let’s say a Frenchman, goes to a travel agent in Bali and says “I wanna go to Sydney” they’ll say “Okay we have flight on Qantas.” I know, I’ve done it myself. You get to the airport and surprise surprise, its Australian Airlines.
Many of these airlines arrange deals with other ailrines to fill in for them.
