Here are some expressions in Bahasa Indonesia covering drug stores, clinics and hospitals.

Where is the nearest drugstore? Hospital? - Dimanakah apotik (toko obat) yang terdekat? Rumah Sakit?
What’s your ailment? I need mediccine for diarrhea? - Sakit apa? Saya perlu obat untuk berak-berak.
Do you have something for an upset stomach? Insect bites? - Apakah ada obat untuk gangguan perut? Gigitan serangga.
My throat is very sore. Can you make up this prescription? - Tenggorokan saya sakit sekali. Tolong buatkan resep ini?
I have a splitting headache / stomach ache/ sore eye / disease - Saya pusing sekali / sakit perut / sakit mata / penyakit.
infection / malaria / cough - infesksi / malaria / batuk-batuk
healthy / seriously sick - sehat / sakit keras
broken arm / broken leg - lengan patah / kaki patah
I don’t sleep well / I have a cough / fever - Tidur saya tidak nyenyak. Saya batuk / demam.
take medicine / take a pill - Minum obat / minum pill
How many pills shall I take a day? Three times a day - Berapa tablet harus saya makan sehari? / Tiga kali sehari.
Take 3 spoonfulls before / after meals - Minumlah tiga sendok teh sebelum / sesudah makan.
