Motorbike accident in Kuta Bali

Motorbike accidents are something most of us don’t want to think about. I’m sure that after having a crash, one has more respect for safety and takes a different view of riding. BaliBelly talks about his motorbike crash in Bali and how he got fixed up.

As he mentions, the frist place they took him was BIMC, not a cheap place at all. Sanglah hospital in Denpasar was where his operation happened. He was lucky and its good to hear about how he made it through the process. Most of the expats I’ve run into who have had accidents were doing one or all of the following: driving drunk, driving at night, speeding, not wearing helmet.

Travel insurance will take care of the bulk of those nasty hospital bills if you have.
