Visa extension in Kerobokan Bali

This morning I paid a visit to Arjuna immigration consultants in Kerobokan for my visa extension. Just before Jevon's birth I went to Singapore to renew the whole set of paperwork for my Business visa. The way that works is I pay them money and they arrange everything. Some travel sites talk about visas and say that Business visas and KITAS are hard to get. With a consultant you fill out some paperwork and they arrange it for you.

My new paperwork had to be filed at an embassy or consulate overseas, that's why I went to Singapore. With that new paperwork which cost 2m rp, I get 60 days, which can be extended 4 times for 30 days apiece. The cost for this is 500,000rp for the first 2 extensions and 600,000rp for the last 2. If I leave the country before the 6 month period is up, I can return immediately (without visiting the embassy) and do it all again. My paperwork will last altogether for 18 month in this way.

Today I suddenly remembered 'Its visa time!!!'. With a $20 a day fine for being late I was hoping I was still okay. The lady who works at Arjuna gets a twinkle in her eye if I am late, "Mr Nick has to pay $20, look the calendar say this month has 31 days so you miss by 1." "Mr Nick? Who's Mr Nick?" I'd say. "You Mr Nick and you must pay."

What I generally do is leave my passport with them full time and they can call me when its time to sign and renew. No big deal really and something I deal with.

I know that I am not in the right area, however I am hoping someone can help. I am looking for a consultant (I am based in Melbourne, Australia) who can arrange all paperwork, visas etc in setting up a business in Bali. I do not wish to live in Bali but have no idea where to start. Hopting someone can help?
