Sakit in Seminyak Bali

Saturday in Seminyak I have a slight chest infection and a cold. No exercise for me for the last couple of days.

I can feel myself getting dehydro, so I am about to go out and fix that with a Pocari Sweat. Getting the flu of other ailments in the tropics can take more out of you than in a colder climate because when you
miss meals, you also sometimes forget to drink.

I’ll down a bottle of the 1000mg Vitamin C from Circle K and chomp on some nasi campur. If you are in Bali and need a chemist / pharmacy, ask for an ‘apotek’. These are usually on main streets and there is one next to Bintang supermarket in Seminyak.

HI NICK!
too bad whe you cach a cold, I hade one for almost 10 days in Bali, hope you gey well soon.

Set exercise appointments with yourself.

Use your day-timer to set appointments for exercise - and then stick to
them. You wouldn’t miss a business meeting or client appointment, would
you? So don’t miss your exercise appointment with yourself.

Nothing is more important than your health… Nothing.

Everything else will crumble around you if your health goes south. So
make your exercise appointment a priority. If you find it difficult to
keep these appointments, then consider hiring a personal trainer who
will hold you to your commitment. When you have money invested, and
someone waiting for you to show up - you are much more likely to actually
show up! Or, getting a partner who will commit to you and vice versa will
help keep you on schedule to working out regularly.
