Sunday afternoon Ika Jevon and I walked down the street from our house to an empty Santa Fe. Ika loves spaghetti bolognese and SF does a pretty good one. While there we chatted with some of the staff, myself introducing them to the electric chewing gum. Funny that more than one person wanted to try it out after others were shocked, but that was part of the fun. My nasi goreng was par for the course t 15,000rp and Ika’s spaghetti was good. Santa Fe does Indonesian, Mexican, Italian, western and Japanese food including sushi. The spinach ravioli is very good at around 25,000rp.

Jevon was learning how to handle himself in bar and was passed around like a basketball. The lady in the photo told me ‘saya suka anak’ (I like kids) and feed him a banana by carefully scrapping the outside of it with a spoon to create a soft sauce.

This bar is one of the successes on Jl. DP and I stop in once in a while to say hello. Its open all day till 3am.
