That's this weekend for those of you who are calendar impaired. The kick off time is 6pm and we will have some travelers, Bo and Kristi, all the way from the USA and wildebeest-munching surfer, Anton from Cape Town. My brother Chris will be there fresh off the plane from England as well as Ray from Melbourne with his lovely wife Wayan. Ray has been called the 'Best over 50's Elvis impersonator in the Melbourne area' and that says it all.
Ika has been instructed to invite banyak cewek and with the usual retinue of expats who wash up on my doorstep everytime the smell of burnt meat wafts down the shoreline, it should be a good time. My record for a bbq is about 30 so let's see if we can break it! If you are in Bali and you want to attend send me an email and I will arrange for a place for you to get to.

In other news, Bill Dalton had a new baby boy last week at his current residence on the East Coast of the U.S. American citizenship, due to birth in U.S. Not sure his future plans, but I don’t think he’s going back to Bali, so there’s a place for sale up in the hills.
Bruce Briscoe’s new pad looks great and he has an extra room for rent in his big house a few clicks east of downtown Ubud.
