Bathtime for Jevon in Seminyak Bali
Bathtime for Jevon means an 8am spot and a 6pm spot in the tub. Ika warms up the water, letting it run for a few minutes, then gets the plastic tub ready. Jevon likes to kick his legs and enjoys his time in there. Ika uses a kids soap and in the mornings Ana does the duty.
After his bath they lay him on a towel, dry him off and rub a strong smelling oil all over. THe oil is supposed to wan the skin. I don’t know how he could get cold in a tropical climate, but that’s not the point, they have their ways.
Usually he gets fed and falls asleep straight afterwards. What a life! I snapped the photo while interviewing Ningrum, how’s that for multi tasking.
