A lizard in the house in Seminyak Bali
To the list of specimens found in my house we can add another. This afternoon I was chatting to Ika when I saw this little bugger on my path. He’s a sharp looking guy and was only about 7 inches long. Ika told me that earlier in the afternoon the banjar and cops were over at our neighbor’s house. She had a driver who was the guy who drove Ika and I to the hospital in Denpasar when she was pregnant. He seemed like a nice guy and I always said hello to him.
He got fired today for some reason and then made threats over the phone. I was saying to Ika that people who make threats usually are not the ones to worry about, but anyway I think she is a bit worried. My dinner tonight was delicious plate of food from Warung Murah on Jl. Double Six. For 13,000rp I had rice, chicken, potatoes and green beans, and its all going to my pecs!
