Hi Marie

I don’t live there yet.
But in 3 weeks we are going to move from Western Australia to Kerobokan just North of Seminyak with my wife and two teenage daughters.

I am 55, my wife 50 and our daughters 13 & 15 years old.

We intend to start a restuarant in Bali.

We have leased a large luxury villa in Kerobokan.

Hope you can come to Bali and say hello.

I have never been to Spain but have known the Spanish Consul in Perth for many years. (He is a travel agent)

Good luck,

Brian Hayes

Brian,

Kerobokan is just up the road from me. What kind of restaurant are you opening?

Selemat Pagi!

I’ve searched your website for schools in Bali, but can’t find anything. I’m a teacher and have been to Bali about 15 or 16 times over the past decade. I was thinking about taking a year off, but thought maybe I’d teach in Bali instead. Any info you have would be helpful!

Terimah Kasih!

Lisa

Hi expats. My wife and have a nice villa at Kuta Royal in Tuban that we are looking to rent. It’s relatively new and we haven’t had many people stay there yet. We are looking for someone who might want to lease it for one or more months but shorter terms are OK too. Check it out at http://www.redaperetreat.com and email me if you are interested.

Hi, I’m moving to Bali at the start of August 07, to start a new job with a locally based company and have had some difficulty finding contact details of local, relaible property agents.. If anyone can help i’d really appreciate it.. I’m looking for a one or 2 bedroom house, condo or apartment in a reasonably convenient location, for at least 1 year to start.. If you guys know of any good agents, please, please send me their contact details..

dear sean, its a bit tricky to find a house or apartment here in Bali, without spending a whole punch of money or living far away from the location you need.

I just found my new house after searching for about 4 months.

It all depends on the amount of money you are willing to spend for a year and of course what kind of facilities you need…

There a few fully furnished 1-2 Bedroom Apartments here in Bali for for about 2-3mill a month.

Check out: http://www.baliadvertiser.biz , maybe there you find something you might looking for.

:)

Dear Sean:
Read your request and I do have a bangalow in Campuhan, Ubud which is located in a beautiful area of Ubud. Beautiful view of Antonio Blanco’s estate, furnished bedroom, modern bathroom–western style, living room, lanai furnished with couch and two chairs, small kitchen, and mediation room. Rent monthly would be $300.00 per month. Call me if you are interested and will give you more details. View to right is of rice fields on the lanai. Amazing restaurants, views, hiking trail across the street. etc etc etc.

If interested call me Judy at 1-206-653-7953. Great night clubs live music in Ubud, Jaz Cafe, Excile, Putra Bar. Zaza Bar. Museums galore.

Ubud has culture, and rice fields surrounding this unique city. Oh yes, this number is in the United States.

hi to all my fellow bali enthusiasts…i am a mum to three children and am coming to bali for my 8th visit in xmas, pursuing my goal of setting up a import/export business for myself-i am also interested in leasing a property in ubud beginning in the new year, to be used as a hair/massage nail etc salon, i am going to set my balinese family up to work from it as i also have a personal agenda to empower my friends-NOT ONE RUPIAH FROM THIS VENTURE SHALL SEE MY POCKET-it is purely to enable them.If anyone reads this who not only considers making immense profits but also to do good for others that are less fortunate, please contact me on my email kaliskreations@hotmail.com or call my mobile in australia 0431447791 or my home number 0266770290 -i will need a very clean space for them, of course must have toilet/preferably a shower or space to add one, and running hot water.I am not a rich westerner, indeed am just on a mission from god!the joy i shall get from helping another family will be the reward i recieve.NAMASTE.
