Worthington: Tourist from England

Today I met a tourist from England who shared a few thoughts on the Kuta area. Tourism is down for sure and I wanted to get a feel for how a new arrival might perceive this. Worthington asked for his photo not to be taken, but seemed in good spirits anyway.

I tell you if you can get your mind past the travel warnings, Bali is a very place to be right now. Great weather, less crowded streets, more elbow room, more bargaining room, its heaven!

Here’s what Worthington had to say.

Oh my God Nick where on earth did you meet Mr St John Smith!!! Is he for real or is it a late April fools gag or maybe a John Cleese alter ego?Maybe Nusa Dua petal but certainlt not the Kuta/Legian type. One has to wonder what Bali is making of him!If he is for real –sorry no offense meant.
Cheers Laurs

Yes Nick that was a jolly good interview with Worthington. His words have definately enticed me want to go and visit bali. In fact he should write a book. “Worthingtons Guide to er, I was somewhere in Kuta, Bali”.
