Just got an sms form a friend who says that Swiss national Jon P. Zurcher is in Denpasar’s Sanglah hospital with dengue fever. He needs blood type A rhesus negative.
I’m not a medical expert so don’t have much to add, other than dengue is around in Bali as it is in other parts of the country.
If you are a tourist or expat reading this and you think you can help Mr Zurcher, either go to Sanglah hospital (take a taxi) or contact Ayip (0361) 481906, or Yudha 081 558010311.
Thanks

Why can the doctor at Sangla call Mount Elisabeth or some other hospital in Singapore and get the needed blood? It could get to Bali in a few hours.
