The weather in Seminyak Bali

The weather today in Seminyak and Kuta was hot and sunny. I saw plenty of toasted tourists, including Japanese girls hanging off the back of Balinese guy’s motorbikes and 6ft tall Dutch retired couples wandering around with no hat on.

If you are coming to Bali bring a hat, they don’t make any good hats here that fit. The other day I passed this 60 year Euro guy on Legian beach. He was like a leather saddlebag and his togs were about large enough to wrap 10 sticks of satay in. Some people just love to get as dark as possible. I think I’m the whitest guy in Seminyak, apart from Cody and Jeff that is, they love PlayStation too much to let a ray of sunlight get near them.

Speaking of those 2 Okies from wherever, they found a new place in Umalas that has 2 AC bedrooms and an AC living room, which is hard to find.

Here’s the 10 day weather forecast for Bali.. They are predicting a storm tonight, although I haven’t seen any evidence of one. After that things look pretty good.
