If budget is your priority, Starbucks is not for you. I totally agree that their prices are expensive when compared to a warung.
If you want a quiet air-con place to meet someone or hold a meeting Starbucks works pretty well.

Candika & I had a coffee there once - never again!. It’s cheaper to have a Bali coffee elsewhere. What a rip-off joint that is.
Moreover, I couldn’t believe the number of tourists buying all the Starbuck souvenirs that were probably made in China anyway!.
