Tech problems and frustration in Bali

I’m pissed off, because my piece of shit Alpha Smart won’t let me me download any of the articles I typed this evening. The funny thing is one of the articles was about what a great machine the Alpha Smart is. Do you now believe in Murphy’s Law?

Tech problems are a part of life in Bali I’m finding, you replace one thing, another goes on the blink.

What the heck is Alpha Smart? A cheap-shit computer? Well, mate, you get what you pay for.

Get a real machine like Dell XPS.

Nick, you can buy a cheap notebook for what your alpha smart costs. Much more versatile.

You are missing the point Toney although thats certainly not unusual for you, for what Nick needs which is to travelling round on a scooter and type a few articles it’s perfect,it’s ridiculously light at less than 1kg, costs 250 odd brand new and you only ever have to worry about the batteries every 6 months, simple, easy, it does what it says on the tin.
