Its Saturday here in Kuta, slightly overcast but with sun promising to reappear.
Vincent and Akari invited me to visit them in Karangasem and I will be taking off as soon as I take care of some online stuff.
Just got the bike gased up at one of the black market vendors on Jl. Legian and the tyres pumped up, total cost 3,500rp. Getting out there should take a couple of hours and I always enjoy a good cruise on thr bike.
I expect they have set themselves up somewhere nice and photos will follow.

Detlef, the toursit flow has slowed down since August but is still decent. I’m hearing that the European tourists that usually show up at this time of year have been coming in much lower numbers.

From what I can see they try to get people into it down at the beach, with a month long event spread all over town its hard to keep the excitement level up.
