I spent this afternoon in Internet Outpost ( the best surfing spot on the south coast ).
I think most people are down at the beach at it was quite mellow. Bumped into Josh Grillo who has been back in town for a few days. He has had some wild times in west Java, buying silver jewelry and getting sick.
Hope to see him tonight somewhere.
At 4.30 I went for an 8,000rp beef satay at ‘Nice’ just around the corner on Poppies II close to Ronta bungalows. It quite good although beef tends to be tougher than chicken or pork.
The staff at neighboring restaurants were looking out for their first customers of the evening.
Pub Bagus does quite well any time a football game is on and there were a large contingent of Aussies there today.
Across the street a couple of locals indulged in a more sedate game.
Walking round the corner to Jalan Legian I saw the new Maccaroni is in full swing with tourists comfortable to hang out and people watch.
Sitting near next to Dave from California and getting ready to zoom home for a quick shower.

Sorry we did not get the chance to catch up again, but I am sure you understand how time flies away from you in Bali! Things are looking good for Dede’s visa & if nothing has happened between now & Nov, he will come out for another 3 months late Nov, so he can be here again, for Maddison’s birthday, his 30th, our Aust Wedding anniversary, X-mas, New Years, plus Maddy’s first days of school! As she starts school on Feb. So we are hoping a miracle will occur & he will get it prior to Nov, but if not he will come out for 3 months anyways!!!!
I wanted to say Thank-you to everyone for your Wonderful & Lovely comments about us & our Wedding. Thank-you to Nick for coming, it was Wonderful to meet you, you are a GUN, in OZ that’s good!
I am certainly going to keep hassling you here, on the Blog…. If you see my hubby around, tell him I love him!!!!!!
