Schapelle Corby has had her sentence reduced by the High Court in Bali. Schapelle was convicted of smuggling marijuana into Bali earlier this year and was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
Schapelle's sentence has been reduce from 20 years to 15 years. The news of this reduction was met with anger by Corby family members, including sister Mercedes who promised this new ruling would be appealed.
Schapelle knows her only chance of getting out of this drug conviction is to keep appealing in Indonesia. Once she is tranfered to Australia its a done deal. Obviously no one wants to go to jail for 15 years and Schapelle's best bet is to get some serious money to someone who can make a decision.
Trafficking drugs in Indonesia like Schapelle and the Bali Nine, is crazy and even casual drug use like Australian model Michelle Leslie, can end in lengthy prison terms. Stay tuned for for the latest installments of this fascinating saga.

Schapelle did you smuggle the drugs.
No, I did not mean to smuggle the drugs. Honestly, I thought they were legal in Bali, so I just put them in my boogie bag - the whole stash - unlocked. If I knew they were illegal, I would have hidden them better, may be in my crotch, for example. Who’s going to reach into my crotch, right?
Anyway, my line of defense may sound ridiculous to many, but then it’s no funnier than “my dog ate my paper” story, right? It might just work. Already there are so many dumb-ass Aussies believing in my story, including that idiot Howard. Well, what do you expect from the sons and daughters of convicts and England’s rejects.
Wow…. This is the first time ever Tony S writes something logical.
But, I still would not consider him an intelligent fella coz it (the logic) is so obvious. Dohhhh…..
I am glad that the idiot (Tony) is taking baby steps to be a normal person :->
