Looking down my street today I heard the noise of a roadcrew fixing potholes.
For the past several there have been appearing large piles of gravel all over the place which can be hazardous if you come through to fast on the motorbike.
This morning I could smell the asphalt and down from my house was a hive of activity.
The crew, all female was dressed up for sun protection and moved up the road as the work progressed.
My street has a ton of potholes and I expect this to last until about the same time next year when they come to fill it in again.
This morning I got a call from a friend in Eugene Oregon, Jeffrey Skolnick who owns Peaceful Valley Alpacas. Jeffrey has been out to Bali a year ago with with his wife Barbara son Devin and daughter Brianna. I hope to see them all next January.
