There is that certain something special about early morning and especially in the mountains of Bali. The soft light of early morning is excellent for photography especially for capturing images of flowers and the lush jungle growth.
I particularly enjoy this time when the dew has fallen or even light rain. It affords some spectacular photographs. It doesn’t matter where you are in the mountains or which one it is. The main thing is the delight of the botanical specimens that you come across in Bali.
One of my favourites is the Kebun Raya Botanical Gardens in Bedugul. This place is massive. Try and be in the garden grounds at sunrise even though the gardens are not officially open. Wander around and enjoy the botanical beauty that Bali has to offer.

These are beautifully compiled photos. Orchids are especially popular in Bali Island. Natives are good at taking good care of these wonderful flowers.
