hi,

regarding bali, i believe this is not the time to go there. i visited bali two or three yeazrs ago and thought it was paradise on earth. however, after what happened at the night club in kuta, our government strongly discourages canadians to visit there.
this is really too bad because the balinese rely on the income from tourists. sincerely i.d. chamberland

I think it is important to support the Balinese at this crucial time in the island’s history. Although the Australian Gov is warning against travel in Indonesia, I feel that our friends on the island of Bali need our help through our continuing patronage. As with travel anywhere in the world, all due precautions should be taken. I’ve been to Bali many times, and intend to go back as soon as possible.

Hi, I am an Australian who’s been in Bali and Indonesia before and have lots of friends etc there. I would really like to hear from Aussies who are currently IN Bali and Indonesia in general to comment about how how they feel or what changes they have noticed since Oct 12. I can sympathise with both the above comments, but they don’t tell you anything about the situation there and that’s what Id like to know before I consider going back again some time soon.
Peace to all.

Sabadii mai kha Nick,
It’s great to hear about your adventures. Devin and Bex leave tomorrow for Thailand. Brianna is looking forward to being blessed with family and friends visiting. Paca’s at P.V. are doing fine. Barbara and I are wrapping up our business so we can leave it all behind for our trip to Thailand on the 19th.
Love to you. Feel the wonder and beauty of each instant. PEACE!
Jeffrey
