Meeting Bo & Katrina in Kuta Bali

Thursday afternoon I decided to go down to Cineplex 21 at Simpang Siur in Kuta and see what was on at the movies. I never go and wanted to do something for a change. As I was driving in I bumped into Palu, his wife Wiwin and their daughter Lovia. As it turned out the movies started 2 hours later, but Palu introduced me to a couple of American tourists who came along with him. I suggested we all go down to Kuta Paradiso Billiard and Bowling, but only the Yanks wanted to go. Anyway we went down there (located in the complex behind Bali slingshot on Jl. Kartika Plaza) and spent an hour shooting pool.

Bo and Katrina were from Phoenix Arizona and are on a RTW trip for a year. They plan top relocate somewhere and are visiting Thailand, Bali, Australia, NZ, Fiji, Tonga, and Hawaii. What can I say, I already know my recommendation, but different people want different lifestyles. I think Australia will be the place they end up. We played cutthroat, where all 3 players play and try to knock out the other player's balls. Bo was having a hard time with his consistency but won the last game.

It was funny because I gave them my card at the end and Bo said "Oh BootsnAll travel community, I think we bought our tickets through AirTreks." It's a small world. We agreed that I would invite them to my next bbq, which will be awesome!
