This morning I saw a photo in the Jakarta Post that made me laugh. The local scooter club in West Bali, is celebrating its 6th anniversary. A banner displayed at the event proclaims “No pornography, no scooter. We love jiggy jig.” That being the local term for sex. I think everyone loves jiggy jig, otherwise there wouldn’t be a human race, its just that talking about it upsets some of the more uptight members of society.
Lombok is predominantly Muslim, although there is a Hindu section on the west coast.
