January 11th - 17th is predicted to have heavy rainfall in Bali


The Indonesian Meteorology and Geophysics Agency (BMG), has warned that January 11th - 17th could be a time of heavy rainfall in areas of the country including Bali.

They reckon the monthly rainfall for january could be 300 millimeters to 500 millimeters in some areas. Right now in Bali its blazing sunshine, but maybe later in the week we’ll get rain.

The areas mentioned in the warning were the central and southern parts of Sumatra, Greater Jakarta, the southern part of Sulawesi, western and eastern parts of Java, the northeastern part of Maluku, as well as Bali, West and East Nusa Tenggara provinces.
