Jailhouse rock in Kerobokan Bali
Schapelle Corby and members of the Bali Nine will be celebrating Christmas together at a private party inside the jail. The festivities will be on Friday afternoon and the event will be catered by Sanur Deli. Featured on the menu are roast chicken, salad and plum pudding. Alcohol will not be allowed.
As this Herald Sun article says, seating will be interesting. You can just imagine Renae leaning over to Andrew Chan and saying “Let’s forget our differences, wanna pull a Christmas cracker with me?” Or how about kingpin Sukumaran carving up the bird and looking over at the others, “Who’s first?”
Relatives of the inmates will attend including Schapelle’s sister Mercedes. Man I reckon she could make a fortune by sneaking an iPod in there and taping the table chatter.
Maybe we can think of items that would help bring merriment to the party
