Interview with repeat Bali visitor Chris from UK-part II

Baliblog:
You spent 2 nights in the Grand Bali Sani Suites in Kerobokan, what was your opinion of it?
Chris:
It was a nice place, with a great location on the beach.

Baliblog:
As far as the state of the hotel, what do you think?
Chris:
You can pick holes in it, for example the attention to detail in the bathroom the tiles and the grouting not being perfect etc. but apart from small stuff like its not too bad. You can deal with it. Some off the decor does look a bit old and dated.

Baliblog:
Now you are staying in the Bali Holiday Resort in Seminyak. What are your thoughts on that hotel?
Chris:
A little bit better condition maybe but otherwise better location.

Baliblog:
What is the best thing about the Bali Holiday Resort?
Chris:
Well I've been there for only 2 days but I would say the pool, its nice a big.

Baliblog:
Who do you think would be the perfect customer for the Grand Bali Sani Suites?
Chris:
Anybody who wants to go there doesn't really want to leave the place. A totally chilled out time, who just wants to relax basically and sit on the beach and lounge for 2 weeks.

Baliblog:
Do you think it's a big enough hotel to hang around in the whole time. I mean in Nusa Dua some hotels have 5 restaurants and 3 pools?
Chris:
When I was there people seemed to be hanging out all day.

Baliblog:
What about the Bali Holiday Resort?
Chris:
It seems to be mainly Aussie families there, people with young kids and a few older couples. Again most of them seem to be spending most of their time by the pool.

Baliblog:
It seems a great location if you want access to the beach, nightlife, restaurants and shopping on Jl. Seminyak.
Chris:
Can’t fault it for that, everything is right there.

Baliblog:
Do you find it easy to communicate with the locals?
Chris:
Well considering I don't speak Indonesian or Balinese its quite easy. Most of them can speak enough English.
