Sitting here in Internet Outpost in Kuta I am in spot 1, next to the desk. U2 is Playing (Rattle & Hum), memories from the 80’s. Internet Outpost is about 40% full and there are 2 staff, Lai from Sumatra and Tina from Denpasar Bali. Interent Outpost shuts at 2am, making it super handy for beach going, party loving tourists.

I just explained how to send zip files to an Aussie lady. Good to see people here and enjoying their holiday. Dinner tinight was a nasi goreng at Bamboo Corner. The place was packed and the staff had their hands full. For those on a strict budget, you can’t beat Bamboo Corner. My food and watermelon juice was 12,000rp.

Good morning Nick,
an interesting article here regarding sharia law in the ‘reformed’ Afganistan.

Something to look forward to in Indonesia if hard line religious groups get their way.
Elections have been held in the jungle and a new JI leader has been named.
