Indonesian rupiah gaining by the day
Indonesia’s rupiah is gaining by the day and its current valuation is the highest since November 2004. The value of 8,983rp against the dollar as of 9:46 a.m.
If you have your fortune in rupiah, stashed away under the mattress, now might be a good time to cash some of that in. Who knows how long the foreign investment surge in Indonesia will last. Probably till the next newspaper cartoon, or volcanic eruption, which in this part of the world isn’t long.

Blame it on Bush I say! Well really. The dollar is down beacuse of the enormous debt America has worked up chasing windmills of mass destruction in Iraq. And becasue of the debt the dollar is now suffering. So looking around there is no one better to blame than Bush!
