HOUSE FOR RENT

Here’s an offer to anyone planning to stay in Seminyak Bali for the month of December.

My house is for rent due to a trip to the US and will be available from Nov 28th to Dec 31st.

The house is located at Gang Bima, the small lane that runs off of Jl. Dhyana Pura and Jl. Legian in Seminyak.

It has 2 bedrooms (1 AC & fan, 1 just fan), 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with bath tub and hot water, porch area, garden and parking.

The beach is a few minutes walk down Jl. Dhyana Pura and the shopping of Seminyak is right there.

This house is perfect for someone who wants to explore the restaurant scene and nightlife scene of Seminyak, you can walk to all the hot spots.

Price: $500

Some of the holiday villas around go for $250 a day. If you took this place for a month it would work out to under $17 a day.

Also have cleaning lady 3 times a week.

The time is coming up pretty quick so contact me immediately.

Jeez Nick, according to previous posts you’re paying about $215 a month for the place (25 million Rupiah per annum divided by 12 divided by 9000). Kind of taking the p*ss to ask for $500, even with pembantu…

Des,
Surely you can appreciate that Nick has leased it for a long term, not a month by month or he’d be paying much more!

But $500 is the ASKING price and this is BALI!

Des i think you are taking the piss mate arent you…..eh are you? Regardless what Nick pays the price is still fair matey. Des if you go to rent a luxury villa on the island for example that is up for rent at say $3,000 USD a month but the owner has bought the place and pays nothing to stay there does that therefore entitle you to ask him to let you stay there for sweet fuck all because it costs him nothing…..get the drift mate. As i have said mate Nick is entitled to ask whatever he wants for the place based on what he thinks is a fair price and not on what it costs him.!

Debbie, I know a place in Sidemen (Karangasem) that may fit your budget. Two storey bungalow, two bathrooms (one indoor/outdoor), two bedrooms, fans, kitchenette, large patios, restaurant nearby, best views on Bali (Gunung Agung). But the area is a bit rustic, it’s not like being in Seminiak or Kuta. LMK.
