First morning in Bali

This was my first morning in Bali and I enjoyed a decent night's sleep. Although the climate is humid the ceiling fan was well up to the task of keeping me cool. Mosquitoes no problem either.

The area I’m in in located right in the heart of Kuta, with a multitude of restaurants, bars and guest houses. Last night I was in a restaurant with a Las Vegas size tv (about the same size as Caesar’s Palace!) . Sports center is here for you Sean, although it contains a dose of soccer.

The balcony to my room looks onto other guest houses and I made sure the BootsnAll logo got an airing today.

Nick looking stupid.

Nick - can’t wait to meet up with you. The Ducks lost to Arizona tonight - hopefully sportscenter will carry the Ducks games!

Make sure you slap on sunscreen whitey!

Sean,

Will do. I bought a local plug adaptor today from a large store downtown called Mata Hari. This place is multi level and many locals were shopping there, cheap clothing all over the place no worries.

Wow Nick, it looks like you’re staying in a nice place. Good thing you’re so motivated to get things up and running because after taking a look at your porch, the only thing I’d be able to do is put up a permanent desk! Here’s what you’d see in my journal…Good morning, I’m in Bali –Time elaspe while I stared off the porch. Time for lunch. Time elapse. — I’m back now, I can’t believe I’m in Bali. –(new page) Sorry I didn’t finish yesterday I was looking off the porch. This porch is so cool. I love this porch. ;-)
Anyway, I saw the game at Rennies and they ran away with it. Pete Carroll looked like a happy little kid on Xmas morning. The guy I met in the bar wouldn’t stop talking about how if Miami wins big today everyone will be talking about how they should’ve been playing SC.

Have a great day Nick! Loving the pics and posts.
